Green Arrow Staffing is currently hiring for a Turret Punch Press Operator for our valued client in Auburn Hills, MI.
Monday - Thursday (6am - 4:30pm)
Overtime when needed (Friday's only)
$20 - $25/hour - based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Amada Turret Punch Presses
- Load and unload sheet metal (steel, stainless, aluminum)
- Select, install, inspect, and maintain punches and dies
- Complete first-piece and in-process quality inspections
- Troubleshoot issues including tool wear, mis-hits, burrs, and part quality concerns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience operating Turret punch presses (Amada with Dr. Abe software)
- Experience with Dr. Abe or similar turret programming software
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Proficient with basic measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, micrometers)
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift sheet material as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Tooling setup and changeover experience
- Nesting or program adjustment experience
- Sheet metal fabrication background
- Experience working with press brakes or related fabrication equipment
