Full Time Social Worker
Isabella County Medical Care Facility, a thriving skilled nursing community that is home
to up to 100 residents, is seeking a knowledgeable and caring Social Worker to join our
resident centered team.
The successful candidate will have experience with
Medicare/Medicaid, MDS, skilled nursing and daily long-term care social services
responsibilities. Minimum qualifications include Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a
related field and one year social work/human services related experience in a healthcare
setting. Licensed Bachelor’s Social Worker (LBSW) preferred. Competitive wage and
