- High school graduation or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years clerical accounting/bookkeeping experience.
- Possess the keyboarding skills necessary to perform successfully in this position.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Ability to effectively interact with students, public, faculty and staff.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and ability to utilize proper standard office source manuals.
- Experience with computer-based accounting systems.
- Ability to perform the functions consistent with intermediate word processing and intermediate spreadsheet applications as demonstrated by a skills assessment.
