We are seeking a responsible, hardworking individual to oversee the carpet cleaning division of our growing company. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with people, and can work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning services
- Operate and maintain carpet cleaning equipment
- Lead and oversee carpet cleaning jobs from start to finish
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Drug-free
- Ability to pass a background check
- Honest, dependable, and trustworthy
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of performing physical work
Schedule:
- 30–40 hours per week
- Some evenings required
- Occasional Saturdays (half days)
- No Sundays
- No holiday work
