Position Summary
The Residential Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a plumber who enjoys service work, building customer relationships, and identifying solutions that meet homeowners' needs.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
Service water heaters, tankless water heaters, fixtures, drains, and water lines
Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance
Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
Present solutions and recommendations that best fit customer needs
Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
Qualifications
3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, and residential plumbing repairs
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to build trust with homeowners and present solutions confidently
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
