Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Package Handler to join their team. As a Package Handler, you will be part of the Rework/Value Added Services department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Package Handler
Location: Livonia, MI
Pay Range: $19.50
Shift: Second Shift 5:00pm - 5:00am
What's the Job?
Rework and add value to products, including offloading trailers, repackaging, relabeling, and other tasks
Accurately stage and sort products for loading
Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
Sort and place parts in designated racks or areas
Utilize electronic scanning systems to track products and maintain inventory records
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training provided
Ability to read production schedules, work orders, and shipping documents
Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during evening hours
