Your Contribution: As a Controlling Analyst you will be the main link between plant controlling teams and regional management in terms of data analytics and financial reporting. * Review financial data and analyze variances vs. plan/forecast. * Support month-end close and prepare financial reports. * Consolidate data from US & Mexico plants. * Communicate with plants, HQ, and controlling teams. * Update forecasts and support planning activities. * Perform ad hoc analysis and financial studies (ROI, costs, trends). * Prepare presentations and reports for management. * Support projects (Pricing initiatives, loss makers, etc.). * Ensure data accuracy and align with accounting/shared services. * Assist team members and support plant needs Your Experience & Qualifications: * 2 years related experience. * Knowledge of current principles of accounting and audit principles. * Excellent Excel skills, including pivot table and macros preferred. * Experience in automotive manufacturing company preferred. * Experience with SAP preferred.
