Moo My Stuff is looking for an experienced mover who is ready to take the next step in their career. We're seeking a dependable, hardworking individual with moving experience who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into a leadership role.
While previous management experience is not required, candidates must be coachable, trainable, and willing to learn our systems and processes. We'll provide the training needed to help you become a successful Moving Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading residential and commercial moving projects
- Loading, unloading, wrapping, and protecting furniture and household items
- Coordinating move-day logistics with crew members
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process
- Training and supporting team members
- Ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Representing Moo My Stuff with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Generating leads
- Scheduling Moves
- Communicating clearly with leadership to ensure no moves are missed
What were looking for
- Previous moving experience required
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable leading by example
- Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Desire to grow into a leadership position
