Job Summary:
Sehi Computer Products is seeking a dependable Service / Warehouse Technician to support our service operations, warehouse functions and onsite customer work. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with computer repair experience who is comfortable working in a warehouse environment, performing deliveries, and assisting with low-voltage cabling and installations. Sehi will provide training and
support to obtain required manufacturer certifications. All candidates hired for the postition may have the opportunity to join our USDOL registered apprenticeship program
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair laptops, Chromebooks, desktops and AiO systems
- Perform service work on HP, Dell and Lenovo equipment (training and certification provided)
- Run, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling (CAT5e/CAT6) and assist with installations
- Receive, inspect, asset tag, image and configure unites
- Prepare and ship outbound orders
- Operate Hi-Lo (forklift) and assist with warehouse organization
- Drive a 20-ft box truck, as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with computer hardware repair and troubleshooting preferred
- Willingness to complete HP, Dell or Lenovo certification training (provided by Sehi)
- Low-voltage cabling experience a plus
- Comfortable driving a 20’ box truck
- Forklift certificiation preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
