Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with a high level of accuracy and patient care
Verify patient demographics and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patient's presence
Prepare, process, and transport specimens according to established procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance and safety standards
Provide excellent customer service while creating a comfortable and professional environment for patients
Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required
Adapt to working across patient service centers or physician office locations based on business needs
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred)
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume setting
Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel between locations as needed
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
Keyboard/data entry proficiency
Ability to meet compliance requirements
