Regional VP Customer Service (full-time, one position) KUKA Robotics seeks in Shelby Twp, MI to collaborate with the Global Customer Services Team, Regional Management Team, and other management personnel to review current market and business status or conditions compared to strategies and achievements, and discusses possible alterations in goals, objectives, and business plans. Manage processes for accuracy and timeliness requirements, report annual sales forecasts and revenue results to CRO and VP Finance. Full P&L responsibility for the US organization. Improve customer service performance by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establish and communicate KPIs; monitor and analyze results; and implement changes. Confer with regional and local sales to develop, coordinate, and execute sales strategies and aftermarket sales growth to maximize customer satisfaction. Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the business. Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or a related field, plus 2 years of robotics/automation experience. The 2 years must include experience managing professional teams, strategic planning and execution, process improvement, and developing standards. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate robotics/automation experience. The 5 years must include 2 years of experience managing professional teams, strategic planning and execution, process improvement, and developing standards. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Domestic and international travel required up to 15%, to be reimbursed by employer. $172,474.00/hr. 40 hrs/wk. M-F. 8AM to 5PM.
