The KFC Cook / Customer Service Team Member is responsible for preparing high-quality food, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Team members work together in a fast-paced environment to deliver fresh food and friendly service while following company standards and food safety guidelines.

Customer Service

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations.

Cook / Food Preparation

• Prepare and cook chicken, sides, and other menu items according to KFC recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is cooked and stored following food safety guidelines.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and holding times.
• Stock and organize food supplies and ingredients.
• Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen and work area.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
• Use of Open & Pressure Fryers
