What You’ll Do
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will be an integral role in supporting employees, managers, and organizational initiatives, including:
- Supporting day-to-day human resources operations and serving as a trusted resource to employees and leadership; Responding to employees HR-related questions, benefits administration, policies, and employment processes
- Managing and enhancing HR documentation including job descriptions, employee records, policies, and handbook content
- Overseeing performance management processes including merit increases, bonus administration, performance tracking, and reporting
- Handling compensation administration, market benchmarking, and salary analysis
- Coordinating full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding
- Leading engaging and organized onboarding and orientation experiences for new employees
- Administering employee benefit programs and open enrollment coordination
- Coordinating workforce development and training grant administration including tracking, reporting, and compliance documentation
- Creating and managing employee engagement initiatives, company meetings, employee events, and organizational programs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- More than 5 years of progressive human resources or HR operations experience
- Experience supporting multiple HR functional areas including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HRIS, compensation, employee administration, and reporting
- Strong business acumen and professional judgment with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, leadership, vendors, and external partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to grow and take on increasing responsibility over time
