Advanced Practitioner Part-time (flexible hours and location)

Duties:
- Provide direct care and education on pregnancy and family planning methods so clients can make an
informed decision.
- Engage with diverse populations, create nursing care plans, and advocate for high-risk populations.
- Provide services in the office setting and/or via tele-health.
- Serve in a manner that is culturally competent and non-judgmental with all clients, coworkers, peers,
and supervisors.
- Collaborate with supervision and/or Medical Director as needed to streamline and troubleshoot
services.
- Ensure program fidelity to accreditation requirements and nursing standards of care.
- Complete and maintain accurate, adequate, and timely records in computer software products such as
Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records software, and similar products.
- Utilize effective communication and conflict resolution skills to serve clientele in a tactful, objective,
respectful manner while maintaining privacy and HIPAA compliance.
Requirements:
- One year of providing community health, pediatric, women’s health and/or family planning services
preferred, but not required.
- Valid Michigan identification and reliable transportation.
