Director of Sales (Engineering). Responsible for driving new product development of customized magnetic solutions by engineering professionals to maximize sales. Manage, direct, and coordinate engineering and sales activities related to customization of magnetic products, including magnetic circuits, industrial lift magnets, demagnetizers, and magnetic conveying rails. Directly oversee a team of sales engineers; direct staffing, recruitment, training and performance evaluation in connection with engineering-based sales program. Coordinate sales of engineered magnetic solutions for lead customers, including review and approval of engineering designs and sales proposals. Professional position.
