for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a leading client in Kalamazoo, MI
Duration:
Contract (initial 2-3-year engagement, with potential for conversion)

Leadership experience
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and standardize occupational health programs across US sites
Injury prevention programs
Acute episodic care (minor illness/injury treatment)
Employee wellness initiatives
Surveillance and biometric programs
Respiratory programs
Partner with EHS and HR to ensure compliance with health and wellness policies
Develop training programs for occupational health teams
Manage injury/illness case management, workers' comp, and disability processes
Implement occupational hygiene and medical surveillance programs
Support biosafety and industrial hygiene initiatives
Ensure consistent clinical care, screenings, and treatment protocols
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Oversee drug and alcohol testing programs
Coordinate emergency response training (CPR, First Aid, etc.)
Manage and maintain electronic medical records and data systems
Oversee 7 Occupational Health clinic locations (varying sizes)
Manage a team of:
7 Occupational Health Nurses
1 Athletic Trainer
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
Master's degree in Advanced Practice Registered Nursing (APRN)
APRN Board Certification - required
Willing to obtain multi-state licensure as needed
10+ years' experience in:
Occupational Health
Emergency Room (ER) or Urgent Care
Experience in:
Ergonomics
Acute/episodic care
Adult wellness & counseling
Proven leadership experience (team oversight required)
Must be highly tech-savvy
Must be willing to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
COHN-S certification
Experience with Cority (Occupational Health software)
