What will you be doing?
Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum materials
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
Set up, operate, and maintain MIG welding equipment
Inspect finished welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and compliance with specifications
Measure and align workpieces using appropriate tools and fixtures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
Perform minor maintenance on welding equipment as needed
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude
Strong understanding of welding techniques, procedures, and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and squares
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own helmet and gloves
