Our client, an industry leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a Forklift Operators (Sit-Down Hi-Lo) to join their dedicated team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the warehouse and production support team, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials across the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong safety awareness, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Highland Park, MI
Pay Range:
1st Shift: $19.00/hour
2nd Shift: $19.35/hour
3rd Shift: $19.60/hour
Shift:
Start time varies ( 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift)
What's the Job?
Operate sit-down hi-lo (forklift) and/or railed picker equipment safely and efficiently
Transport materials, parts, and products within the warehouse or production floor
Load and unload trucks as needed to support production flow
Maintain accuracy of inventory and material movement records
Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
What's Needed?
Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts (hi-lo) required
Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Must pass a background check, drug screen, and forklift assessment/test
