Eaton's IS VEH VGNA Automotive division is currently seeking a Mobility NA SCM Finance Manager.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $160,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. Job Summary
The NA SCM Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the Mobility Group North America Supply Chain financials from a P&L and memo row perspective. The role is also responsible for supporting tariff cost management and cost forecasting activities, inclusive of translating information from Government Affairs and GTM organizations into implications on financial models and forecasts. SCM responsibilities include managing direct, indirect and logistics cost out & inflation, risks and opportunities, supplier price increase requests, commodity impacts, freight accruals and forecasts, site and regional-level PPV analyses, tariff cost management, tariff forecasting, and tariff analytics, CAPEX approvals for SCM tooling, etc. The scope of responsibilities includes close interaction and business partnership with MGNA SCM and MGNA finance organizations, MG Global SCM and with the Enterprise Category Management teams to ensure we drive consistency through our global processes. This position will lead and strategically develop process improvements to simplify and streamline reporting, drive visibility and accountability to numbers, generate commentary on trends and forward-looking forecasts. This position will be responsible for the monthly reporting of SCM and tariff financial results as well as identifying opportunities for improvement through financial analysis of our supply base and value chain. The position will have direct interaction with the CV/eMobility/AFM and LV/Power Connections finance leaders and organizations.
Job Responsibilities
Manage monthly SCM cost out and inflation on the P&L and memo accounts (approx. $820M in spend) by partnering with the SCM organization to drive costs down, forecast and manage inflation, and capture risks & opportunities
Compile variance analysis to report out to leadership for monthly actuals, forecast and profit planning cycles. Align results with various internal stakeholders - MGNA finance, MGNA SCM, MG SCM
Drive visibility and transparency to cost out results and forecasts by closely aligning memo row performance with P&L for all categories - direct, indirect and logistics
Lead tariff cost management, forecast modeling, and reporting activities for MG NA; partner with SCM on mitigation activities and Level 2 tariff impacts (SPIRs), GTM and Government Affairs on regulatory changes, and Commercial (as needed) on pricing recovery
Lead point of contact for controllers in centralized SCM monthend and forecasting processes. Support and validate balance sheet reserves for all SCM related activity - PPV accruals, surcharges, tariff accruals, etc.
Lead point of contact for for coordinating, consolidating, and validating overall regional SCM results for all categories direct (including tariffs), indirect and logistics categories (cost out and economics)
Gatekeeper for financial integrity of supply chain results and ensure adherence to Corporate SCM policy. Promote culture focusing on P&L profitability through cost out savings and cost in mitigation
Provide financial guidance and validation to functional (SCM & Engineering) teams as an active member on cost out project gate reviews (resourcing and VAVE initiatives)
Analyze trends and perform various scenario analysis for fluctuating commodity rates, supplier price increases, etc.
Act as a business partner to regional Supply Chain and Materials functional teams in work to manage supplier interactions and reduce/manage inventory and risks
Coordinate annual Profit Planning process by owning the P&L for all areas pertaining to SCM - cost out, surcharge, base price increases, regular freight, freight absorption, tariff costs, etc.
Coordinate annual regional standard cost roll for direct material for MGNA sites
Manage direct team by fostering an environment of growth, process improvements/streamlining, financial accuracy, and time management. Provide functional oversight of activities managed through CoE support team in Pune
Manage inflationary risks by partnering with global category leads to assess status of negotiations and compiling most realistic scenario for financials with associated risk and opportunity analysis
Comprehend and interact with Eaton systems for data analysis and reporting; interfaces with ERP applications, Oracle ePBCS system and Enterprise Data Warehousing (OBIEE, PowerBI, Qlickview etc.), Costverse, SPIR database, etc.
Define methods to streamline reporting analysis to improve performance and overall customer satisfaction; customers include plant finance, division finance, SCM extended team members and Enterprise SCM
Apply in-depth analysis of all SCM direct material cost out results and economics utilizing volume forecasting, purchase order price variance and cost out project tracking; interact closely with all category managers and project leaders
Support supplier claim analyses and negotiations (eMobility)
Support SCM vendor capital tooling budget for cost out and business continuity capital appropriations; works with project leaders to track spend forecasting commitments; interfaces with Oracle CAR system
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications ( must have) :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business from an accredited institution .
Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles in supply chain, engineering, R&D, or industrial/manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated experience with forecasting, and cost modeling.
Previous experience supervising/ managing Finance teams .

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, CPA, and/or CMA preferred.
Prior cross-functional experience in operations, finance, supply chain, program management, and supplier risk management
Thorough knowledge and understanding of manufacturing accounting & finance principles and concepts in preferably industrial manufacturing environments.
Prior experience in cost reporting.
Experience leading or supporting finance process transformation, system implementations, or automation initiatives strongly preferred.
