Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
Supporting client engagements focused on strategy development, operating model design, business transformation, or growth initiatives
Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify issues, evaluate options, and develop recommendations for client stakeholders
Creating client-ready deliverables, including presentations, meeting materials, implementation plans, and status updates
Coordinating workstreams, tracking action items, and supporting execution across cross-functional teams and project stakeholders
Contributing to internal practice development through research, proposal support, knowledge capture, and reusable assets
