This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, fast-paced days, independent work, and critical thinking, not just running the same tasks on repeat.
Who You Are
- You have 3–5+ years of journeyman electrical experience, with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- You enjoy service work, not just installs—figuring out what’s wrong and fixing it correctly the first time
- You think critically, move with urgency, and stay calm under pressure
- You take pride in high-quality workmanship and consistently raise the standard
- You communicate professionally and confidently with customers
- You show up prepared, motivated, and accountable
- You hold an active Journeyman Card and a valid driver’s license
What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshooting electrical issues in commercial and residential service settings
- Diagnosing problems efficiently and providing clear solutions
- Communicating with customers in a respectful, professional, and reassuring manner
- Managing your time, service calls, and priorities independently
- Maintaining safety, code compliance, and workmanship standards
- Completing service documentation and administrative tasks accurately
- Representing Bierlein-Trombley Electric with integrity and professionalism on every call
- Supporting team standards, continuous improvement, and training efforts
Job Requirements
- Journeyman Card required
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced service environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
