Oversee direct to consumer business for Maytag.com. Drive customer conversion on site as well as generate new qualified traffic to branded website. Work collaboratively with digital/paid media team, customer relationship management team and website capabilities team to deliver objectives. Work to translate leadership objectives into a prioritized initiative roadmap. Drive growth for “brand.com” through merchandising and marketing activities. Drive customer conversion through pricing & promotional strategy, digital marketing and site experience. Create & manage forecasts based on relevant inputs such as the promotional calendar, product availability, seasonality, new initiatives, industry dynamics, etc. Assist the Sr Manager in defining a long-term roadmap for success and bringing this strategy to life. Defined strategy will focus on optimizing conversion across branded sites through site experience, reaching new qualified customer audiences, etc. Support the shared Ecommerce discipline initiatives (digital media, search engine optimization, site experience, CRM/email) by providing overall business unit and merchandising input. Develop innovative tactics and merchandising campaigns to close any gaps between forecast and target by driving overall sales/profitability through volume, price and mix. Collaborate with the Ecommerce team and process partners to plan, test, and execute promotional strategies. Manage all major appliances categories on the website by adjusting product sequencing logic, featured products, product badging, facets/refinements, category pages, search results, etc., in an effort to drive volume, conversion, price and mix.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce/Digital Business, Engineering Management, or related field plus 3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing or Strategy.
