Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. 7 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. Advanced data analysis tools, including Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and macros) and Tableau. 2. End-to-end procurement processes, including supplier identification, request for information (RFI) and request for quotation (RFQ) execution, bid evaluation, cost benchmarking, total landed cost modeling, and purchase order management. 3. Contract negotiation and long-term supply agreements. 4. Supplier development activities, including capability assessments, cost-reduction initiatives, supplier scorecards, and continuous improvement programs. 5. Manufacturing processes, including injection molding, stamping, machining, die casting, and assembly. 6. Leading cross-functional sourcing and industrialization projects using project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall). 7. Ability to conduct should-cost analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) for supply chain disruptions. 8. Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies related to supplier capacity, quality, and logistics. 3 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. Quality systems and methodologies (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). 2. International trade regulations, customs clearance procedures, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, country-of-origin requirements, and Incoterms (FOB, DDP, and EXW) for cross-border shipments.
