Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
- Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons.
- Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
- Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
- Remain alert and responsive to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, and take appropriate action.
- Document and report any incidents or irregularities.
- Other duties as needed.
