Join our customer's team as an Accounting Specialist – AI Trainer and play a vital role in shaping the future of accounting technology. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Compute, classify, and record numerical data to support the development of robust AI accounting models.
- Train and refine AI systems using your knowledge of routine calculating, posting, and verifying accounting duties.
- Review and validate financial data to ensure model accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex accounting processes into actionable AI training data.
- Assess AI outputs and provide feedback to improve the accuracy and efficiency of automated accounting functions.
- Communicate findings and improvement suggestions clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices in all training content and model evaluation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in roles such as:
- Account Clerk
- Accounting Assistant
- Accounting Associate
- Accounting Clerk
- Accounting Specialist
- Accounting Technician
- Accounts Payable Clerk
- Accounts Payable Specialist
- Accounts Receivable Clerk
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to compute, post, and verify numerical data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience maintaining complete and accurate financial records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or training AI or machine learning systems.
- Technical writing or process documentation experience.
- Familiarity with digital accounting tools and emerging finance technologies.
Compensation
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
