Overview

Pay Range: $35-$45

We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Lead rigging crews

• Execute lift plans

• Heavy equipment hoisting

• Load chart verification

• Signal crane operators

• Material coordination

• Job site cleanup

• Safety audits & JHAs

• Equipment inspections

• Read blueprints/specs

• Load movement control

• Team communication

• Record work progress

• Assist other trades

Requirements

• Background check

• Drug screen

• Rigger II certification

• NCCCO crane certification

• Lockout/tagout (LOTO)
