Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated and safety-focused Sit Down Hi Lo Driver /Repack/Warehouse to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the warehouse operations, you will support various functions including material handling, inventory management, and general warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Sit Down Hi Lo Driver /Repack/Warehouse
Location: Romulus, MI
Pay Range: $18.00
Shift: 8AM-4:30PM
What's the Job?
Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload freight within the warehouse
Assist with general warehouse duties such as sorting, staging shipments, and repacking freight
Support customs inspections and devanning processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety protocols
Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks
What's Needed?
Valid Hi-Lo/Forklift certification with sit-down experience
Minimum of 1 year of forklift operation in a warehouse or logistics setting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to safety and detail
