Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
Build relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, features, and industry trends
Manage leads and maintain accurate CRM records
Negotiate pricing and guide customers through the purchase process
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For
Sales experience preferred (automotive sales is a plus, but not required)
Strong customer service background with a passion for helping people
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented with a competitive drive to succeed
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Training & Development
