Responsibilities:

Find and verify contact information for plant managers, HR managers, operations managers, or facility decision-makers.

Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, or in-person visits.

Track leads and communications in a spreadsheet or CRM.

Schedule meetings or introductions with qualified prospects.

Provide regular updates on outreach efforts and results.
Ideal Facility Criteria:

45+ employees on-site daily.

Multiple work shifts preferred.

Limited nearby food and beverage options.

Break room or common area available.

Consistent employee foot traffic throughout the day.
