Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer for a seasonal position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can assist with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate is a “jack of all trades” with basic carpentry and handyman skills who is willing to jump in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general labor tasks on various job sites
• Perform basic carpentry work (measuring, cutting, assembling materials)
• Complete handyman-type repairs and maintenance
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Support team members with projects as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

• General construction, labor, or maintenance experience preferred
• Basic carpentry skills required
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks (“jack of all trades” mindset)
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Valid driver's license preferred
