Direct Support Professional (DSP) - $17.03-$19.00-/hr
Pro Care by Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in New Haven, MI to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Available Shifts:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
(Schedules may vary based on client needs)
What You'll Do:
As a DSP, you'll support individuals in their everyday routines while helping them grow and make their own choices:
Assist with daily routines like meals, hygiene, and household tasks
Encourage independence and decision-making
Support community involvement and positive social interactions
Monitor safety and teach safety awareness
Help individuals recognize triggers and build coping skills
Create a supportive, positive environment
Follow care plans and document services
You'll receive training on each client so you can provide personalized, meaningful care.

What We're Looking For:
At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with good time management
Willing to assist with personal care when needed
Experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train you.
