About the Opportunity
Buzz Wireless, an authorized Boost Mobile retailer, is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our sales team in Saginaw, Michigan. This is a sales-focused position for individuals who enjoy working with customers, building relationships, and helping people find the products and services that best meet their needs.
We are looking for self-starters who are motivated by goals, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are driven to increase sales while providing excellent customer service.
Previous sales experience is preferred and appreciated; however, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide a structured training period for individuals who are new to sales and eager to learn.
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend Boost Mobile products and services
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Promote wireless plans, devices, accessories, and related services
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current promotions
- Assist with store operations, merchandising, and inventory management
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve sales goals
- Dependable and professional work ethic
- Retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Must be willing to participate in training and skill development
- Reliable transportation and cellular service is a must.
