Job Description

Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and assist with special requests or complaints.
Order Taking: Accurately input orders into the Point of Sale System (POS), making changes to orders for things like allergies or special food needs.
Cashier Duties: Handle cash, process credit cards, issue receipts, and provide correct change.
Crafting Drinks: Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, smoothies) according to established recipes.
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewers.
Sanitation: Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols, including wearing gloves, washing hands, and maintaining a clean prep station.
Restocking: Maintain supplies by refilling cups, lids, syrups, etc.
