RSDC, a world-class steel processor located in Holt, has an opening for a Skilled Maintenance Associate.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintenance Associates are responsible for all electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment and facility maintenance.
Job duties include:
- Troubleshooting to diagnose problems
- Read and interpret blue prints, procedures, equipment manuals and work orders
- Repair, replace, or adjust equipment or components.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facility.
- Repairs and fabricates components using a variety of tools and equipment
- Complies with safety regulations and procedures
- Additional duties as needed
Candidates must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
Qualifications and Skills
Electrician or Journeyman's License preferred, or 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment. Strong electrical and electronic skills including PLCs, and excellent troubleshooting abilities are a plus.
