Overview
We are hiring a Member Services Representative for our Rockford branch. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who enjoys working directly with customers, handling financial transactions, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring efficient service and a positive in-branch experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Engagement
Deliver exceptional, customer-first service on every interaction
Respond to questions, provide solutions, and handle requests efficiently
Promote awareness of financial products and services
Build strong relationships with customers and team members
Transaction Processing
Process a range of transactions accurately, including:
Deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
Credit card payments and advances
Money orders and cashier's checks
Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily
Work within internal systems (CBX or similar platforms)
Operational Support
Partner with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-up
Provide support to nearby branches as needed
Assist with branch operations and administrative tasks
Participate in local community initiatives and events
Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service experience (face-to-face preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic math and computer skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
