Familiarity with pneumatics and industrial repair practices.
Comfort working in a large warehouse-style facility that is not temperature controlled.
Flexibility to adjust shift start and end times within approximately one hour as needed.
Willingness to support future expansion efforts, including new lines and capital equipment installations.
Why Work Here?
You will join a privately held organization that is actively expanding into new industries and investing in additional production lines and capital equipment, creating opportunities for long-term growth and development. The company offers room for pay increases as you demonstrate your skills and contributions, and you will work in an environment where hands-on expertise is valued and where your impact on equipment reliability and uptime is clearly visible. You will be part of a team that supports continuous improvement and operational expansion, giving you the chance to broaden your technical experience and take on new challenges over time.
Work Environment
The role is based in a large, warehouse-style facility that is not temperature controlled, so working conditions can vary with the seasons. The environment is dusty and dirty due to shredded paper and pellet operations, and you will regularly work around industrial equipment such as conveyors, motors, shredders, and related material-handling systems. The position is on 2nd shift, typically from 3:00 PM to 2:30 AM Monday through Thursday, with an additional 5-6 hours on Fridays dedicated to preventive maintenance and project work; there is some flexibility to adjust the shift start and end time within about an hour.
