In this role, you will assemble products based on customer specifications, technical drawings, and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments. Key Responsibilities * Assemble products according to customer requirements, blueprints, and technical specifications * Read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and work orders * Develop and execute assembly plans and procedures to ensure efficiency * Maintain high product quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the production process * Troubleshoot assembly issues using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills * Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workstation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred * Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical documents * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting * Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills * Experience with hand tools and basic assembly equipment * Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes * Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability Location: Sandusky, Michigan 48471 Duration: 3 months Shift: 2nd Shift Pay Range: $17.00/hr. to $18.36/hr. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
