Job Summary
Pam And A Bucket LLC is a women-owned, WBENC-certified residential and commercial cleaning company serving West Michigan's lakeshore since 2010. We are hiring cleaners for our North Team serving communities from Ludington to Whitehall. This position starts as full-time seasonal and can grow into a permanent year-round role. No experience required — we provide full training.
Responsibilities
• Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop floors in residential homes, commercial properties and vacation rentals
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Wash windows and mirrors
• Fold linens, make beds, and restock client spaces
• Perform quality checks on completed work
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow all health, safety, and client access protocols
• Perform specialized services with training (carpet cleaning, tile/grout, post-construction)
Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Michigan driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to submit to drug testing
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, bend, reach, and stretch
Preferred (Not Required)
• Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality experience
• Customer service background
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
• Spanish language skills a bonus
