Seeking a experienced and dependable Boat Motor Mechanic to join our marine service team. responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining boat motors and marine equipment. Candidate must have previous mechanical experience and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Job duties:

• Diagnose and repair boat motors and marine equipment
• perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
•  Install and replace marine parts and components
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Test motors and equipment to ensure proper operation
• Assist with general shop and yard maintenance
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Qualifications:

• Previous mechanical experience required
• Marine or small engine experience preferred
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues independently
• Valid driver's license preferred
• reliable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift moderate weight and work in indoor and outdoor conditions
