Responsible for supporting and coordinating US operations with corporate global manufacturing facilities, particularly in China; coordinate and support US production and inventory management operations; collaborate closely with corporate China-based teams and factories, to ensure on-time production while adhering to approved quality standards and deadlines; support production planning activities based on demand forecasts and economic order quantities; minimize inventory carrying costs and maximize profitability; maintain close partnerships with corporate China-based factories and supply-chain teams to ensure quality control processes and standards are adhered to; utilize and apply knowledge of NetSuite, injection molding composites, procurement plan development procedures, MOQ, transaction timetables, KPI’s, demand forecasting, market trend analysis, international product delivery operations, B2B phone accessories brand, OEM/ODM, procurement systems, international vendor/supplier coordination activities, SOP drafting, Excel VBA, Amazon Vendor account management, and procurement contract drafting/review/negotiation techniques to perform duties; support the negotiations of Procurement contracts with international suppliers and factories; draft and evolve the SOP for procurement related processes alongside broader organizational changes; coordinate Amazon/ Shopify Vendor accounts including checking stock levels, order details and product advertising; provide support for corporate custom logo printing processes; support and coordinate item master data and ERP item data integrity confirmation procedures; collaborate with internal and external parties to deliver product data feeds; coordinate consignment inventory and consignment settlements with distribution partners and Amazon FBA; enter sales orders as needed; develop and implement KPI’s to successfully coordinate operation aspects of the business; and provide support and insights regarding international transportation, imports, customs, and duties for products.

Education: Bachelors – International Business, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).
