Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
- Administer and manage medications in accordance with care plans and state guidelines
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment
Qualifications
- Caregiving, assisted living, or healthcare experience (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable and able to work 12-hour shifts
