Angstrom Electric, LLC is seeking Sr. Financial Analyst to
- Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Provide trends and forecasts, monitor variances, recommend actions.
- Determine the cost of operations by establishing standard costs, collecting operational data. Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies. Report on periodic variances and their causes.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. Perform Margin Analysis and PPV analysis.
- Work closely with manufacturing, Program Manager and Sales to understand cost issues and how they impact the financial results as well as educate/inform department(s) on cost drivers and variances.
- Interact with Production Control to ensure Bills of Materials (BOM) are accurate and up to date. Review and audit BOM's to ensure they reflect the latest manufacturing practices.
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues.
- Support Controller's efforts for implementing and maintaining internal controls for operations, sales, engineering and finance.
- Support month-end close and special projects as requested.
Require:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field; and
- Skills including financial analysis, variance analysis, financial processes, cost management, and Microsoft Excel.
Full time, 40 hours per week.
