Customer Service Representative - Mortgage Servicing (Inbound Calls)
Training: First 45 days fully on-site
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join a growing mortgage servicing team. This role focuses on handling inbound calls related to insurance servicing for residential properties. Representatives will provide support to borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle approximately 35-45 inbound calls daily (average 11-14 minutes per call)
Assist with homeowners insurance inquiries, including:
Payment questions
Coverage details
Communicate with borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
Accurately research, document, and resolve issues across multiple systems
Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and professionalism
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience
(Call center preferred; administrative/front desk acceptable)
Strong computer skills
Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable internet connection (required for hybrid work)
Reliable transportation
Ability to meet attendance and schedule expectations

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
