We are seeking an expert-level Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud. This individual will play a critical role in driving a successful platform launch, transitioning ownership from an implementation partner, and supporting ongoing enhancements. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Salesforce technical subject matter expert (CPQ + Sales Cloud)
Evaluate the current Salesforce implementation and:
Understand existing architecture and configurations
Complete remaining pre-launch deliverables
Lead a successful go-live
Transition platform ownership from an external partner to internal teams
Provide ongoing development, maintenance, and support
Contribute to future enhancements and system optimization
Create and maintain clear technical documentation
Define and implement best practices, including:
CI/CD processes
Test automation strategies
AI-driven development approaches
Identify and implement tools to support development and release processes
Required Skills & ExperienceCore Requirements
Expert-level expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud
Proven experience as a lead/primary developer on complex, highly customized Salesforce implementations
CPQ Expertise
Strong experience with:
Price Rules and advanced pricing logic
Tiered pricing & discounting models
Product bundles and complex configurations
Assets, subscriptions, and lifecycle management
Advanced quoting & renewals, including multi-opportunity and parent/child opportunity models
Leadership & Delivery
Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations through go-live
Ability to own and drive development workstreams and contribute to technical strategy
Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
Development Practices
Experience working in Agile environments
Familiarity with CI/CD, code reviews, QA processes, and test automation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $95.00/hr.
