Responsibilities
Manipulate small parts (i.e. fine motor skills)
Proficiency and in-house certification in soldering
Proficiency and understanding of how to use measurement tools
Ability to frequently use microscopes
Ability to pass an annual eye exam, as required
Ability to distinguish colors accurately
Ability to pass safety wire training
Ability to work with adhesives, chemicals, etc. as called out in work instructions \ Assemble parts per work instructions
Calibrate /ATP test production assemblies
Support RMAs and root cause efforts, as assigned
Support product launch efforts, as assigned
Identify and tag non-conforming materials, as called out in quality procedures
Maintain flexibility to work in multiple areas, as assigned
Collaborate with others in a team environment
Train others, as assigned
YOU MUST HAVE
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
Ability to operate production machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
Attention to detail to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
Capability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team setting.
