Class A CDL Driver / Production Associate
Nobis Agri Science – Livestock Feed Processing Facility
Nobis Agri Science, the Midwest’s Leader in Dairy Nutrition, is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Driver / Production Associate to join our livestock feed processing team. This full-time role includes local and regional feed deliveries, along with hands-on production, warehouse, cleaning, and equipment support responsibilities within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver finished feed products and raw materials to customers and company locations.
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Load, unload, and maneuver trucks safely at customer sites and facility locations.
- Maintain delivery paperwork, receipts, and customer signatures.
- Assist with daily feed production, packaging, warehousing, and general labor tasks.
- Support plant cleanliness, including production areas, warehouse, equipment, grounds, and workspaces.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
- Provide professional customer service and represent Nobis Agri Science in a positive manner.
- Work cooperatively with production, logistics, and management teams to meet daily goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Excellent motor vehicle record.
- Knowledge of DOT driving rules and regulations.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage time, adapt to changing priorities, and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agriculture, feed, manufacturing, warehousing, or other physical labor roles.
- Forklift experience.
- Experience operating or troubleshooting industrial or packaging equipment.
- Basic truck or mechanical knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on, physical position in a livestock feed manufacturing environment. Work may take place indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and may involve dust, noise, heights, confined spaces, ladders, and production equipment.
Candidates must be able to bend, climb, kneel, grip, push, pull, and frequently lift up to 60 pounds. Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, hard hat, safety shoes, hearing protection, and respiratory protection, may be required.
Schedule and Compensation
- Full-time position.
- Primary schedule: Monday through Friday
- Local and regional deliveries only.
- Home every night.
- Weekends and holidays off under normal operating conditions.
