BCE Supervisor/Team Lead
BCE is looking for a motivated and dependable Working Supervisor / Team Lead to join our growing company. Supervisor experience is preferred. This position is hands-on and requires leading by example. If you’re a hard-working leader who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a growing company, we’d like to hear from you.
We are a small, family-owned company looking to expand, and there is plenty of room for growth for the right people. Our crew meets every morning at the shop and then travels to the job sites in company vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside a small crew during installations
- Follow BCE’s installation processes to ensure top-tier results for clients
- Keep work site organized, and safe
- Maintain and care for company equipment
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Communicate respectfully with customers and fellow employees
- Solve problems independently and ask questions when needed
- Maintain punctuality and reliability on all job sites
Qualifications:
- Supervisor or crew lead experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable performing physical labor and working with tools/equipment
- Ability to lead a crew while maintaining a positive work environment
Schedule:
- Currently working 4 days per week
- 10-hour shifts
- Overtime available when needed
Pay & Growth:
- Starting wage: $20/hr – $30/hr depending on experience
