BCE Concrete Coatings is looking for a hard-working and dependable General Laborer to join our concrete installation team.
We are a small, family-owned company looking to expand, and there is plenty of room for growth for the right people. Our crew meets every morning at the shop and then travels to the job sites in company vehicles.
No experience is necessary — we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete installation and finishing processes
- Operate grinders and various hand tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working with hand tools and equipment
Schedule:
- Currently working 4 days per week
- 10-hour shifts
- Overtime available when needed
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting wage: $17/hr – $20/hr based on attitude and work ethic
- Opportunity for overtime
- On-the-job training provided
