Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will support customers by handling inbound inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
Schedule
Full-time: 5 shifts per week (8 hours each)
Scheduled Monday - Friday
Shifts are assigned within 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM operating hours
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls, with occasional outbound follow-up calls
Respond to inquiries related to:
Prior authorizations
General account questions
Sensitive and confidential information
Deliver excellent customer service with strong attention to detail
Accurately enter and update customer information in multiple systems
Meet performance expectations for quality and accuracy
Manage between 50-100 calls per day, depending on complexity
Utilize various software tools and systems to document interactions and track communications

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience (within the last 2-3 years)
Consistent work history with at least 1-year tenure in prior roles
Ability to handle high call volumes effectively
Strong typing skills (minimum 30 WPM)
Solid computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Additional Requirements:
Stable work history (no frequent job changes)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional communication skills
Assessment Requirements
Candidates must complete the following IKM assessments:
Typing Test (1-Minute, One Space Version): Minimum 30 WPM
Call Center - Telephone Skills Assessment: Minimum score of 75%

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
