• Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and quality
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are met

• Experienced line cook = higher starting wage but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lead by example and stay cool under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
